  50.    If you don't want your manual pages to be quite so tall, reduce the
  51. Page Height/Sheet Width.  This will effectively reduce your lines per
  52. page.  You can then set your Left-side offset to a higher value if you
  53. want the print to be more toward the Right side of the paper.  Setting
  54. the Left-side offset allows you to adjust your top and bottom margins
  55. for the manual pages.

  57.    Remember:  The SHEET has the same orientation as the paper, but is
  58. smaller in size.
